Jeff Livingston
Head of Sales
Jeff Livingston is an accomplished hospitality leader with more than two decades of experience driving sales, marketing, and revenue strategy for some of Southern California’s most iconic hotels and resorts. He joins JC Resorts as Head of Sales where he will be a key member of the corporate executive leadership team responsible for ensuring that all resort and hotel properties achieve induvial and team contracted group and catering sales goals. He will oversee the development and execution of the sales strategies to maximize contracted revenue, grow market share and strengthen the company’s presence in the local, national and global markets to elevate both topline revenue and guest experience.
Most recently, Jeff served as Senior Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Noble House Hotels & Resorts, guiding commercial strategy across Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, L’Auberge Del Mar, and San Diego Mission Bay Resort. In this multi-property role, he led sales, catering, and marketing teams, developed innovative group and leisure business strategies, and consistently delivered record-breaking performance. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Jeff has a proven ability to inspire teams, build lasting client relationships, and align sales and service excellence.
Earlier in his career, Jeff held key sales and leadership roles at premier lifestyle hotels in San Diego and Santa Cruz where he built his reputation as a results-driven professional with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and driving brand success.
A San Diego resident, Jeff is actively engaged in the community and enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with his wife and children, and exploring the Southern California coast. A beach day is one of the best days for Jeff and his family.
